Why did I start C25K in April 2018?.

In October 2017 I was watching the Great Scottish Run on TV, there was a promotion for C25K during the run, I thought that I might start it soon, however, as it was coming on winter I decided to leave it until the Spring of the following year, during the winter of 17/18 I ran a few 1 minute ".test runs" during the long walks that I do during the winter months. So come April 2018 I began run 1 of week 1 of C25K on April the 18th.
