Congratulations on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, enjoy your running journey, remember you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, keep ridgidly to the program, no running on consecutive days, try and have the same 3 fixed running days a week, that gives you somewhere in the week 2 days off running, you can do other exercises non running days.
