Hi!!! I’m so sorry to have caused any worry, I just got absolutely swamped at work - colleagues were working in China & I was running the UK support team and working their hours (plus the extra!). I’m completely fine! I have managed to keep running - twice a week mostly, but making at least one an hour and a shorter one. Rather put paid to my grand plans of running a 10k for my 6 months from graduating - but hey ho! Thank you for being so sweet & missing me! One thing I have managed to do is skim read the Slow Jogging book & when I’ve wrapped this project up I was going to write a post on that. But must get this intense phase of work out of the way first.
