To expert runners, I would like to know the exercises in the video are right or not.
They look good although it's probably preferable not to call the moves "stretches" before a run because our muscles aren't warm and we shouldn't actually stretch them. But the actual moves are fine. Obviously they're talking about stretching for a marathon run but they're all suitable for any length of runs. I do most of these stretches and they work well.
I don't do the sumo stretch though and like the look of that one so will try that today! Thanks for posting.
