Great work Keels, an excellent result in the heat.🌞😎 You’re right, sometimes it’s worth trying to continue a little further, other times it’s wise to listen to your body and just rest up a bit. 🙂There’ll be another time and you’ll make it then! 😀👍

Hey well done anyway, a run is a run, and you did it, and in the heat as well! And you never know, measuring the distance with a different app you might have actually done 5k anyway

I’ve just got in. Gave up after 30 minutes and didn’t even make 4k. I think we just have to do the best we can. After all this is Britain, it won’t be hot for more than ten minutes.
