Hi Billybob, you're right, it is a challenge. But isn't that what makes it worth while? If every thing was easy, we would never feel like we have accomplished anything.
Over the coming weeks, you will have good days and some bad days. I can assure you that, as you go through the weeks, as your stamina and fitness start to grow, those good days will massively out number the bad ones.
Stick with it, you'll be glad you did.

Take that as a good practice run. Have a day off tomorrow and have another go on Monday. Slow down and you will do it.
