Well, just like everyone who’s taken on this personal challenge, I never thought I’d be able to run.....full stop....but now I’ve run solidly for 25mins 3 times I realise that my body is much more able than my mind thought which had far reaching implications and this is spilling over into other aspects of life. So as the cliche says ‘running really does open the mind’. I couldn’t be more proud of myself. Looking forward to graduating mid summer.
