Need to do run 3 week 6 today - seems like a turning point - little bit scared, little bit apprehensive, little bit excited. Any words of wisdom?

Same as every run, just keep putting one foot in front of the other until Laura tells you to stop! :) Keep it slow and steady - and if you need to, slow down even more. You should very much be aiming to be the tortoise and not the hare just for now.

Be proud of yourself - it's quite an achievement to get this far. Just look back and remember how you felt on that first run. 60 seconds seemed to last an age then - just look at you now!

You have all the wisdom you need. 17 runs have built you up to this point. You just need to take it steady, ignore any gremlins telling you to stop, keep going to the end. Enjoy it!
