Week 1, Run 2.

Didn’t go so well today. Began my run this morning and then had to turn back half way because it started heavily raining. Also, I found that the rain made it harder to run properly. Feeling a bit defeated 😕

These things happen. Try to put it to the back of your mind - next time will be better.

Assuming that you are in the UK, I am afraid you have to get used to it and with the right attitude, it is actually a pleasure running in the rain. I am the first to admit that I often delay the start of a run if it is raining, but can't imagine turning back because of rain. It is part and parcel of being outdoors in our glorious climate.

Better luck next time.
