Warm up exercise help

Morning, I'm starting week 5 on Wednesday. During week 4 I got some mild discomfort in my legs- imagine a rubber band linking my thighs to my hip bones , it was a pulling sensation. I do the Runners world warm up exercises already. Anyone got any tips that might help this pulling sensation? Thanks.

Good luck with a physio,I find their skill set nowadays are very very clever now.Amazing how they can go right to your problem and always give you the exercises that fix stuff very quickly indeed.

Out of interest in your set of warm up exercises, presumably all body head to feet, does it include, the hip circular movements , clockwise and anti clockwise, and if so is that giving you pain.

The 8 exercises I use , always ,are the group in the biggest loser programme.Just started with them and never changed, yet.

Amazing ones here and I do intend to start adopting them in time.
