What a lovely day it was for a run out ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜Ž

After your advice, I changed my pace and smoothed out my breathing.......what a difference! On Weds I had a bad session and found myself forever looking at my watch during running sections, this time I didnโ€™t look once and omg, I felt so comfortable ๐Ÿ˜Š

I have a target to run the 5k on Dec 3rd so the option of 30mins or 5k doesnโ€™t really cut it for me. W5R3 next week has to be 2 miles.....canโ€™t believe Iโ€™m saying this after 4 weeks of this programme, W1 I could barely run for a minute ๐Ÿ™„

I have run before I have never got past that point where I am so out of breath that I canโ€™t run...

Great run today! Week 9 Day 1 - run as far as you can in 30 minutes. I managed to run more than 5K.

Not getting any easier

enjoy running. Last July I was running 1k in about 8.30. Iโ€™m still running 1k in 8.30. I can run...
