What a lovely day it was for a run out ๐๐๐
After your advice, I changed my pace and smoothed out my breathing.......what a difference! On Weds I had a bad session and found myself forever looking at my watch during running sections, this time I didnโt look once and omg, I felt so comfortable ๐
I have a target to run the 5k on Dec 3rd so the option of 30mins or 5k doesnโt really cut it for me. W5R3 next week has to be 2 miles.....canโt believe Iโm saying this after 4 weeks of this programme, W1 I could barely run for a minute ๐
