1st day week 1 hard work left calf hurt a lot but ok now, felt good to b back

I finished my week 3 last weekend and felt good. I’m glad I found this program to follow.

Yes my legs are in pain for days but good pain :)

Thanks for input hearing from others really helps Hopefully will feel like that in 3 weeks!

Pain... real pain...not good... aches and the sort of aches and pains as we begin are normal.

Lots of stretching after every run and on your rest days too... the pain should not really carry on afterwards..:)

Try these and if the pain continues then rolling may be the answer:)

Well done... but do not ignore the calf... lots of stretching and rolling to ease those knots... I speak from personal experience!

Keep it steady and slow and make sure your exercise on rest days and you warm ups are thorough too:)
