Hmm I can't find it but I think that's because I'm signed in!! Top left hand corner there are 3 lines - click that and it's maybe in settings? If not just go through each section and I'm sure you'll find it. Sorry I can't be more help! It was only 7 weeks ago that I did it but truly can't remember! Good luck working it out.
Ah found it you need to try and use week 2 day 1 and it prompts you to sign up
