Try not get to miffed about it. Better to accept it and hopefully make time either tomorrow or day after to do your next run.

There is no time limit on all this. I myself am a few weeks behind but I'll do it another day.

You'll do it next time I'm sure.

You are a star - did you have time to build a snowman? :)

It is a proven scientific fact that people are waterproof... jus' sayin' :) I love running in the rain - reminds me of when I used to splash in puddles as a kid - now I have an excuse to do it again!

Unfortunately the snow here is like little frozen pearls which doesn't bind together, so no snowman. But the cold is a great motivator and at minus 6 you don't want to stop and get chilled!

I'm out this afternoon for a run but first 2 wet dog walks in the Peaks with 6 dogs on each. I may get washed away before the chance to run. Have a good day :))

Back home to late from work....do head torches work?

They do if switched on :)

I use one from time to time. I have a petzle micro led one so it weighs nothing. I also found it handy to control my runners bounce for the first few weeks. Also lighting the way on some of the darker areas I run in.
