Does the C25K app come with music or does it simply link to your own playlists? I thought it included music but so far I only have Laura ..
Have you got the right podcasts? You need the NHS choices C25k podcasts to get Laura and the playlist. Happy running x
There should be music too... It actually starts with some awful music - not worst than the one before the BBC4 sea area forecast 
But if you have found a way to link it to my own playlist please let me know - Julie has been playing in my head 24/7 now!!!
I had the app on my ipod and never got the Laura music so used my own playlists but then I down loaded the podcasts to my phone and had the music with Laura. Hope this helps and good luck.
Yes if you have an app I believe you can play your own music with those. But if you download the podcasts they include music as well.
The music isn't great on the podcasts but I prefer them as I fear of losing phone signal with the apps!
Podcast has music, App does not. App sometimes cuts out and you keep running or walking for ages before noticing. The podcast music has a BPM level chosen to help you set a manageable pace (your own may push you faster) and you begin to notice the changes that herald the end of a run after you have used it a few times.
