The NHS has now mobilised new forces - a stand must be made to hold them off.

Dark and difficult times lie ahead. Soon we must all face the choice between what is right and what is easy.
What ???
Why ???
The daily quote. This is tomorrow's to indicate to the enemy that I'm fully prepared for all they can throw at me.
Are you related to Plod5k??
Makes sense now.....sort of. Glad you are fully prepared.
Hmm. An ally - could be useful. (An ally that is, not an alley.)
A 5k PB with the aid of Hogwarts Wizzardry doesn't count I'm afraid.
For Dark Days ahead I find a Head Lamp very useful, although you could try running in daylight.
On the subject of Three Letter Acronyms - the "NHS" in NHS Choices, stands for None Harmed Seriously
The NHS' have adopted a number of spells of their own in pursuit of their evil aims of "improving your health"
Some of their "spells" can be found below:
Alohomora - a willingness to say hello to anyone you see when out running, they may also be afflicted
Crucio - very important, the act of not stretching - aka "Inflicts unbearable pain on the recipient of the curse"
Densaugeo - sometimes the S is replaced with a Z, can be found posting on HU
Descendo - for every up hill....
Engorgio - the inexplicable urge to eat more than the contents of the fridge after a particularly long run
Expelliarmus - the act of emptying the nostrils onto the nearest arm, whilst maintaining a good running pace
Expulso - see above, arms optional
Impedimenta - finding that tree branch all too late whilst running at night (see Dark Days)
Impervius - runners who fail to obey Alohomora
Incendio - a sensation found in the legs - see Crucio
Legilimens - long object at the end of which resides a running shoe, usual found in pairs
Legiliwomens - see above, female
Reducio - frequently found side-effect amongst followers of the "NHS" agenda
Riddikulus - see original post
Did you forget to take your medication this morning????
I shall stand with you during the dark times that are ahead. What week and run has the evil NHS thrown at you in it's attempts to thwart you? Stand firm against your foe and know that you can plough through. Battle though each week the mighty NHS sends and know its evil might can be defeated, you will stand victorious.
High Master Maxillofacial left me with double vision back in January leaving me captured by double vision trying not to to fall in front of parked and moving cars. Thus W8R2 was reduced to W4R3 but progress was still made against Czar Pinkie at S&F and an ongoing battle is being held there through the W6 onwards section. Some days I take a battering, some my magnificence shines through.
I think you may need to go out for a run. It certainly helps to make you feel you can face most things the day ahead may have in store for you.
Be assured Dozzer that there are many battle-hardened "Graduates" here at HU headquarters. With determination and a little cunning, the dark days will soon be a thing of folklore. I'd invest in that head lamp though...
I hope u have a good run x
Powers boots are on.
The baby buggies ! Abort mission and return to HQ, I REPEAT , Abort mission and return to HQ
