I was due do w4r3 when I came down with daughters tummy bug (good sharers my kids). Do I go back to start of w4 or pick up where I left off?

Can't see me getting back on the treadmill for another couple of days yet. What do you suggest?

I don't think there are hard and fast rules as such. I suggest when you're over your bug, go and do a W4 run and see how you feel. If it feels like you haven't lost anything, call it R3 and move on to W5, if you feel you have slipped, just repeat enough until you think you're back to where you were. That might be all of week 4, or just one or two of the runs. At the end of the day, we are all a bit different, and the effects of a few days off or a particular illness can be hard to predict, so only you can be certain how you feel.
