Hi!
I tried these years ago when they first came out and hated the 'side effects'. It never taught me how to eat better so failed misserably. I've now been going to Slimming World for nearly 18 months and have lost 6 stone, 10 and a half pounds! I've never been fitter or more healthy, even when I was at school. I have completed the C25K programme and love running. It's all about healthy choices... tablets never worked for me. Also, unless you are sticking to a really really low fat diet you won't be able to run to far from a loo!!! Good Luck! x

I have tried them and unless you eat very healthily you cant be further than 10ft from a toilet!!!!
