I wouldn't do both at the same time
I'm breastfeeding and I've found it OK but mine are a fair bit older than yours. Some mothers find their baby doesn't like the taste of their milk after exercise but others are fine. You might want to feed before a run just in case.
Another thing to consider is that you are fully recovered from the birth. You might want to get the all clear from a GP first. That's usually recommended for anyone starting a new exercise programme but 7 weeks after giving birth it might be a good idea to get checked out. Have you had your 6 week check already?
There's some info about breastfeeding and exercise here that you might find helpful- llli.org/faq/exercise.html
Hope that helps!

Hi I'm well past breast feeding age as my baby is now 21 however I read on this site only yesterday that breast feeding and running are not to be recommend this answer was by an osteopath something to do with weakening bones but well done for getting out there so soon

Breastfeeding doesn't weaken bones. It may be to do with the hormone relaxin which is produced during pregnancy to help relax joints and allow space for the growing foetus. It's also produced during breastfeeding at a lower level but there's no reason for breastfeeding mothers to avoid exercise if they've been given the all clear by their doctor (as anyone should get if they start a new exercise programme).
Is there a local breastfeeding counsellor you can talk to about it? This page is fully referenced, there's some helpful tips on there- kellymom.com/bf/can-i-breas...
