71 and have had stress incontinence for many years. It is now worse because I've been diagnosed with asthma and cough a lot.I have had Indiba electrical stimulation therapy over the last year and done pelvic floor exercises but I still buy lots of pads.
The therapy is meant to make the floor more receptive to the exercises. Has anyone had it?
Years ago I rejected surgery as I had heard such bad reports. Perhaps things are different now. Thanks for replies
