How much mucus is too much? I have palm sized mucus out my rectum daily

I can have 2-3 inch of mucus. Not every time. I use a suppository once a week to clear mine out. If I don't it's like sitting on a golf ball.

I am irrigating every day. I am still passing at least 4 large mucus substance. I pass it every day. Have you been told it’s normal? Very few ostomates have this problem.

I have been told it is normal. I still have my anal stump so normal if you still have it. I had emergency hartmans, they thought my stoma would be temporary but have been told it's the permanent. Speak to your stoma nurse if you are worried.
