I am hoping to have a Mitrofanoff and ACE as I am doubly incontinent. My bowels have always been a problem because I have always suffered from constipation. I was born with Spina Bifida Occulta but only had it confirmed last May so only 42 years late. Also I have been incontinent with my bladder from 1992 but I have always had some problems with a weak bladder control. My pelvic floor muscles are weak. Currently I am using ISC & Peristeen system to try and control the incontinence.

I know that both operations could be done at the same time so that it saves having two operations as I know that they won't want to do it because I have serve Complex Sleep Apnoea. I know that both operations are quite big ones and will take a long time to get over but I am willing to do that. I also have Fibromyalgia which isnt great.
