Hi Mooora ,I responded to your first post, if you are reading this first, please go and read my response to your first post. Please do not take the delay in people replying to your post as a sign that no one cares. Please know that this is not a live chat site that is monitored 24/7, so sometimes people receive responses right away, other times it takes a day or two. I'm sorry that you are experiencing such anxiety over your symptoms. We hope that you'll get checked out by a medical professional and get answers to find out if anything is indeed happening in your stool.

A lot easier to say than to actually do, I know, but please, try to relax. If you reach out to your doctor for an appointment, you are doing everything you should be doing to get checked out. If you are ever in extreme pain or experience extreme symptoms such as excessive blood, you should get immediate medical care. Many people find that distracting themselves is helpful in getting through the time period in waiting for a doctor's appointment test results, etc. Some suggestions: binging Netflix, a self-care routine such as yoga, taking a bath, face-timing with friends/family, going for a walk, doing arts/crafts, writing down in a diary about how you are feeling, etc.

Please keep us posted when you can.
