Hi I have always got cold hands and feet, except in the hottest summer days. As soon as l touch somebody they mention you have cold hands. Good luck.

Yes I think it’s part of CMT. I too experience chills and have cold hands, feet and shins. The colder my hands the less able to am to carry out tasks too.

I am always cold, I don't know if it's due to CMT or not. Most people are quite shocked when I touch them. Sorry this doesn't help you good luck.

I live I sunny Florida, but my feet are always cold. I ' m thinking of buying some foot warmers the hunters & outside workers use in cold weather. My CMT is now showing its ugly head in my arms & hands. Tingling, cold numb - arms / hands are like feet now. I guess it could be worse.

Cold hands and feet are part of the CMT package, I'm afraid.

Yep, cold feet and hands are a symptom of CMT:

Especially in your feet, a cold sensation can occur because the calf muscle isn't functioning properly, so what happens is the blood pools in your feet, causing a bizarre chilled feet effect.

The best thing you can try to do is gain more muscle mass to try and improve circulation. I for one have found this to be a big help.

I'm always cold, when in bed my feet are like ice & find it difficult to get warm.I bought an electric over blanket which i have on all night so i'm warm and toasty.
