I was referred to an Orthotist for my elbows, but when I explained to her what I have (HNPP) and exactly what happens to my various parts of my body she decided that splints would be of no use to me as because they have to be put on quite tight that it would not help my numbness at all, so I left with nothing and my elbows are slowly getting worse along with my right knee, anyone got any ideas what will help me and ease the pain I get in my elbows and knee. I will welcome any help as at the moment its soooo painful.
