Today has been a really bad day painwise for me, mind you it ain't exactly been great over the wkend either! My back, legs, arms & shoulders have really been playing up, not to mention I had really bad tiredness ladt wkend to contend with, couldn't leave the flat Sat & get out of bed Sun

I had a really rough time too. Physically with my anxiety and soooo tired. Hard to get out of bed and kept pajamas on all day. My heart goes out to you too. Have you tried pain patches and or pain ointment or a heating pad to take the edge off. ?
