Sunday Again

Hmm! I definitely do not like Sundays anymore. Because I am not driving any more I am limited to bus travel and if I get the amount of exercise wrong, I suffer. Wish somebody would come up with a meter to warn me when I am getting near the limit. Problem is it is not regular or constant - some days good some days rubbish.

Does anyone else find this a problem or is it me??

I have the same problem. I think that one is not always believed because one is seen to walk well on occasion. People do not see one crawling up the stairs on hands and knees on bad days.

Yes I do. Some days I can walk fairly fast and others I need 2 sticks and the change can be sudden.
