Is there a group on HealthUnlocked that would have people who have this diagnosis so they could communicate with them?

I couldn't find mention of a HU community for those with plasmacytoma, sorry.

A plasmacytoma is the term used for a large clump of plasma cells and can be seen as part of the picture of multiple myeloma (where the plasma cells are disseminated) or a single tumour. The sacrum part just describes where it's located, at the bottom of your spine.

The advantage of a single plasmacytoma is that it may be possible to treat it with radiotherapy but the disadvantage is that it can lead to a pathological fracture which can be very serious.

Your doctor will be able to set out a treatment plan for you depending on the results of his investigations.

All the best, Jackie
