Do you mean email notifications (check your settings here healthunlocked.com/settings ) or the number in yellow which appears to the right of the alert bell? If you aren't seeing the latter, email support@healthunlocked.com and ask them to look into why you aren't seeing alerts.

Hi Neil, many thanks for your response and advice. Clearly the email alert is ok. I guess it was a bit presumptuous of me to assume that my previous response to a post would have generated more comments. It was this that prompted me to ask the question about alerts, not knowing if something had gone amiss in the system.
