WHITE Cell ?

A question to all my fellow CLL'rs: I have MS and CLL... I'm lucky! My white cell count doubled in 4.5 months. My Red cell count remained the same. A week ago I received my 3rd Covid shot. What are chances the Covid injections caused the white cells to jump??

Your question is very brief and without more detail would be challenging to provide a useful answer.

We encourage members to track ALC/Lymph# instead of WBC, since the other White cells (like ANC /Neut#) can be more noisy than the Lymphs, especially when vaccines or infections are involved.

Most CLL experts will not monitor doubling time until the ALC / Lymph# is above 30k.

And when the values spike, they will look for multiple results in the same direction before becoming concerned, since a single test can be erratic without an apparent cause, due to many possible benign factors.
