Its almost 3am and I should be in bed. Tried that couldnt sleep. I have slept loads for 3 days just exhausted. It seems my brain doesnt know what time it is.

My sympathies. Always happens to me when I've written a long and thoughtful reply to an email. Accidentally press a wrong key or right click and bingo - all gone, irretrievable.
