Shielding letter

Just a quick update had my shielding letter today !! It wasn’t really necessary as my doctor had already written to me advising me to shield and I have a very supportive family who enable me to shield . Just thought that In

case anyone else in Wales is still without the letter the welsh government get there eventually... sometimes . Stay well .

Hi Hilo

Pleased that you've been issued with the letter.

I've just been told that I do not need to shield from my haematologist.

The Scottish Government say so.

I'm used to fighting 'officialdom' .. but it's only one dept. at a time.

Now I'm 'at war' with the Scottish Gov ( multiple departments ) my health centre, my hospital and the Greater Glasgow Health Board.

It's a bit like being #6 in 'The Prisoner'

It is not plain sailing in Wales I am just fortunate with my GP . Good luck don’t give up it’s your health and well being have a good day .

Don't give up .... I've been stirring up multiple hornets net up here.

I'll need to learn to lip read ...
