I see that you have been a member for two years, but I'm concerned that you haven't apparently found a good specialist since your diagnosis over 6 years ago. Only a specialist that fully knows your health history should be providing you with treatment recommendations. Treatment options have greatly improved in effectiveness since your diagnosis and we do share our experiences with the different treatments available. CLL also changes over time. Have you had your prognostic markers checked recently?

I agree with Neil.

Targeted combos ( like imbruvica and Venetoclax) are doing very well on clinical trials - if you can get in.
