Certainly another interesting custom approach which bears watching, seems similar to BiTE technology, which is far more advanced and also doesn't require the 'out of body' T cell manipulation, that is extremely expensive.

Good to see a new approach being tried and that the company is open to collaborative endeavours with other companies (which also helps with the funding, no doubt). Be interesting to see how the mRNA induced T cell change rather than virus induced change works out. it should avoid the permanent wiping out of B-cells that means CAR-T CLL patients permanently require IVIG, but as the article says, will the response against the tumour last long enough to be effective without expensive repeat sessions
