Hello my son is 4 months old with a PELD score of 18 can anyone help explain what this means to me and if he is in urgent need or not?

Hi Seth

We are not medically trained so I am unable to advice on this as it is a medical question and one you need to ask your child's consultant about. You need to ask them to explain anything you do not fully understand clearly and without using jargon. Best wishes - Jacquie
