I’m going through the same thing with my now 5 month son . We got admitted to the hospital when he was 9 weeks with high direct bilirubin and liver enzymes. After all the testing they have ruled out most things but we still don’t know the cause . His levels dropped after the hospital but the last two months they have increased . Did you experience this and did you ever find out what was going on ?
