leg ulcers are really painfull

if you have poor circulation,youve probally had or have a leg ulcer,and boy are they painful.im looking for ideas to use on my leg to massage it and some kind of pain pills either an herb or a pain pill

Manuka honey applied on ulcer helps to heal, it works for some people. It all depends how bad the circulation problem is. Also look into trehalose and cyclodextrin as treatments for PAD/ atherosclerosis . Best of wishes
