Following on from my last post 'Self Care', and inspired by a recent topic / conversation I was following on the Myofascial PAIN Syndrom facebook group, I was wondering, what are your favourite self-massage tools?
I use a foam roller, a pilates spiky ball, a tennis ball, a squash ball, and a hand held electric massage unit. I am super excited as I have just purchased a Body Back Buddy Jr Trigger Point self-massage tool (pictured above), which I have a feeling will become my favourite massage tool!
So, what works for you? Or have you made your own self massage tool, like taping two tennis balls together? Whatever you have found that helps you work out those nasty trigger points, we want to know!
