Hi I was put on Atorvastantin 10 wks ago as I was been told my cholesterol was 9.4 and was told I would have Told I would have to be on these the rest of my life but 10 wks in been for test and my cholesterol is down to 4.8 have been walking every day and watching what I was eating ,so really pleased so asked whether I could come off them for 3 months to attend whether I could maintain my cholesterol myself without tablets but ever since stop taking them I haven't felt well constant tummy upsets and a bit of diarrhea and generally not feeling too good can this happen after only being on these for 10 wks or is this quite common ? .
