I would not be too worried, but take this opportunity to change and improve your lifestyle. I had a CT scan and my score was 589 and I should have made my lifestyle changes then. I didn’t do enough and 9 years later my CT score was 1560 and I had to have a heart bypass. Take heed, improve your diet, get to an optimum BMI and exercise regularly. Interested to know what prompted you to have the CT scan and whynit was offered to you. Good luck, lots of advice available from others on this site and do your own research to find out all you can. It is worrying if you have an initial diagnosis of heart disease, but it’s better to know and do something about it.

I had some chest pains and my ECG readings were adnormal so wanted me to have an angiogram but I refused and sent for the CT opinion.now waiting to how 1,which I'm not looking forward to.

Bobaxford is right - take heed now. A dietary and lifestyle change can have an impact within 30 days.
