The Daily Mail is in the same league as the Daily Mash, at least the latter doesn't pretend to be a real newspaper.

It says he watched what he ate, which usually infers that he cut back on his saturated fat intake. However, did he watch the glycaemic load, or more importantly the insulin load caused by what he ate? I would venture to say not, because it is so rare to do so he would specify that he had, yet measures such as this and balancing the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 are what are really necessary to benefit health.
