Talk to your Anticoagulation specialist and also your pharmacist
Bergamot is one of those where there is little evidence for its efficacy either way. What is known for sure is that it can decrease mental alertness due to its relaxing properties. For me personally, I would not take or use anything unless I knew for sure it would have a beneficial effect. Your doctor will know what is best for your treatment. I wish you well.
