Following a fitness test I have just been advised that ST level was slightly depressed. Should I be concerned?

Your GP seems to be happy with things but sending you to your Consultant shows that he more than happy to refer you so that you can get the advice you seek from the doctor who can advise you best. Write down any questions you have before you go and make sure you get all the answers you seek. The best to you.
Thanks very much for your response! I was so disappointed as it took three weeks from taking the test to then be told that there may be a problem. I assumed that if there was anything not quite right that I would have been told on the day and have the opportunity to discuss it. I have now to go on holiday on Monday with a cloud hanging over me.
I agree with you. Unfortunately, it is bad timing, but had there been anything urgent you would have been told at the time. I was told immediately on two occasions when urgent treatment was required. In fact, I wasn't permitted to leave the GP surgery or the hospital until I was seen by a doctor and given appropriate treatment each time. I think you should go and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that any problems have been picked up and are being considered by a specialist. A good holiday will do your heart good and will take your mind off it, at least a little.
All the best and let us know how you get on.
ST levels??
ST Level slightly depressed were the words of my GP. I asked him to repeat it to make sure and he told me that it was too difficult to explain. That's why I raised the question hoping that someone would enlighten me.
