The only one who can answer that is your Doctor but it looks ok
Your BP seems to be within parameters but is that because you are on medication? It is only a question that can be answered by your GP. If you would like to get off the medication perhaps you could plan a regime and monitoring system with him so that you both can keep any eye on the outcome.
