As a retiring paediatric neuro-oncologist who has managed many hundreds of children with brain tumour, which "drivers for change" should be adopted nationally to promote improvements in health, education and social service support for the growing number of survivors of brain tumour in childhood?

Physical disability rates

Endocrine treatment rates

Cognitive or behavioural impairment rates

Health economic burden on families and society

Other measures

Ideally all, but personally physical disability rates. OT and physio Services are shockingly poorly funded.

As the Founder of Success Charity - I do hope you will join our FREE online survivors conference this Saturday morning from 9am where the above question will be debated

We exists solely to enhance Quality of Life outcomes for those surviving a childhood brain tumour, now that cures are high (80%)

But 'Cure Alone is Not Enough ' . We need to give these young people back their futures and somehow their brain injury needs get lost in the treatment journey

Do come and tell us what you need ?
