If you have Long Service Leave, I would take it to try and build your health up. You do not want to get to the point of collapse.

Is there an organisation/ friends or family that might be able to help you care for your son and give you some time off? Don't be afraid to ring around and find out.

Look after yourself regarding good nutrition and rest.

If you have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, a good naturopath may be able to help. Inflammation is one culprit - not the only one- so trying to reduce the inflammation through diet and supplements such as Udo's oil which has Omega 3/6/ and 9 may help. There are many other supplements designed to reduce inflammation but it is best to begin under a good naturopath.

It's been two months since you posted so I hope you are getting help.
