Jenny decided to get some new DRAWING supplies for going back to school, she got a, PENCIL set, ERASER in the shape of an elephant. CHARCOAL, SHARPENER and a SKETCHBOOKππΎπ±
You had to get this one, being a creative genius that you are. Hope you are better now, good to see you back on line and in full creativity mode Jennymary.
I am so sorry to hear that JennyMary. You could try running a hot tap, putting a flannel under it and putting that on your knee, likewise, a cold compress can be equally effective. Try to keep it moving. If you stop using your knee, rehabilitation will be more difficult. Ibuprofen will help but don't take them too long because they can cause stomach ulcers or internal bleeding. Paracetamol can be taken with ibuprofen alternately. You do need to see your GP though so they can keep on top of it. Physiotherapy may be useful later on. Wishing you well and praying for your speedy recovery. Martin.
Thank you, Sue! This one was one of my favorites so far since I started doing BRAINWORKS for everyone. Glad you got everything and the theme, as well! We will have a new posting in a few days. Will do the posting on Tuesday next week unless something comes up.
