Whoops! How does anyone know whether it is their post which has been removed. Has the writer received a personalised version of this notice so they know what they have done wrong?
Hi Tekakwitha, thanks for your comment. Yes the person would have received a private message and explanation as to why their post was removed but we really try not to advertise which one as we don't wish to embarrass them or be judgemental.
Hope that clarifies the issue for you.
Thank you and very best wishes,

Yes, that is helpful. It is a challenge for everyone on this site to strike the balance between open communication and respect for our own and other's privacy. It seems a right approach to me. Mental illness or deep emotional suffering make us risk some people's mockery or misunderstanding. But there are also some very empathic people around too. Besides, I doubt anyone entirely conforms with what is popularly meant by normal. There are hidden benefits to much mental illness. It can open a vein of compassion in us for humans and other animals. I feel this is sometimes but not always true of my case. Sometimes I catch myself reacting quite strongly to some people. I wish this did not happen.
