Some information for carers of older people in Northern Ireland.

Hi all. I know that this is a bit of a niche post but if it can help just one other person it has to be worth it.

If you search Age well partnership you will be able to access a lot of information and make a referral for your older person to be included.

They have been a godsend and great assistance in my distance caring of an elderly relative.

There are a number of Agewell Partnerships and they seem to roughly coincide with the area health boards.

Just imagine Doctors, chemists, occupational therapy and voluntary services working together with the person at the centre.

I hope this helps.
