Hi Kimsquelch, welcome to the community. If you look on the right hand side of this web page, the second box is called 'Pinned Posts' and there is a post called 'Carer's Allowance', with links to government website that will give you further information. I'm sure there will be other people who have experience claiming this allowance and can also advise.
